A Little Boy, A Big Heart

The Vikrant Foundation was born from the simplest of ideas: that kindness has no age limit, and that even the smallest hands can help build a better world.

Vikrant is two years old. He doesn't yet know what poverty looks like, or what it means for a child to go hungry, or the quiet damage that abuse leaves on a young life. He hasn't learned those words yet, but his family has seen them, up close, in the communities around us and the causes that have shaped who we are. And so, before Vikrant can even say the word "charity," we've started this journey on his behalf - so that as he grows, he inherits not just a name, but a purpose.

Why We Started This

Every family dreams of the kind of person their child will become. For us, that dream isn't just about what Vikrant achieves for himself, but about the lives he touches along the way. We wanted to plant a seed early - one rooted in compassion, generosity, and a genuine care for people who are often overlooked.

The Vikrant Foundation exists to fundraise and advocate for causes that sit close to our hearts:

• Fighting poverty - supporting families and individuals working to build a more stable, dignified life.

• Ending hunger - helping put food on the table for children and families who go without.

• Protecting children from abuse - standing up for the safety, voice, and wellbeing of vulnerable children everywhere.

• Supporting local causes - because meaningful change often starts right in our own community, with the people and organisations working quietly every day to make things better.

• Standing with those battling illness - raising funds and awareness for Alzheimer's, cancer, and other diseases that quietly test the strength of patients and families alike.

And this is just the beginning. As Vikrant grows, so too will the reach and ambition of this foundation - new causes, new communities, new ways to give back.

A Family Effort, With a Vision for the Future

Right now, Vikrant is far too young to run a foundation - he's busy learning to run, talk, and discover the world one curious step at a time. So for these early years, his family will carry this work forward on his behalf: organising fundraisers, building partnerships, and channelling support to the causes that matter most.

But make no mistake - this is his foundation. As Vikrant grows older, our hope is that he'll take the reins himself: learning what it means to lead with empathy, to listen to people whose stories are different from his own, and to understand that even one small act of generosity can change someone's entire day, or their entire life.

We want him to grow up not just aware of the struggles others face, but actively part of the solution - a young man who leads with his heart, backed by the values his family instilled in him from the very start.
